Broomfield continues to be a popular place to live. If you travel frequently for work, it offers convenient access to E470 for a short commute to DIA. It is surrounded by acres of trails, parks, with some of the most picturesque views of the flat irons and nearby mountains. It's approximately 35 minutes from Boulder and downtown Denver. If you're up for fly fishing, rafting or hiking, it tends to be more appealing due to the access to mountains/streams. This is why some people opt for Broomfield over south Denver.
Broomfield continues to provide wonderful community events. There's the annual Brew HaHa, generally held in June at Arista Place in Broomfield. Arista also has the 1st Bank Center that hosts a variety of optoins, everything from popular comedy shows to sporting events.
Broomfield has many quality school choices from several school districts, depending on the boundaries, with excellent public and private schools available.
